"If You're Not Laughing, You're Not Living!"

 "If you're not laughing, you're not living." Comedian Carlos Mencia coined this term, and four years ago, Mike, a friend of mine, introduced it to me by secretly writing it in my notebook. That was one of the greatest quotes I have ever heard. Laughter is universal; it's something that everyone understands. It is the demonstration of the hugely powerful emotions of humor and happiness. Could you imagine life without it? A world where everyone is taken seriously, there is no source of joy, where everything is merely taken at face value? Laughter and happiness is what makes life worth living. When I tell a joke or make a funny statement, it gives me no greater joy than to see someone else's face light up. It brings them life. To be able to impart these emotions to any audience...it is more powerful than people realize.
